1. Who we are
The Gold Trading Community is operated by Market Bullies By J. You can reach us through the Contact page on this website.
2. What we provide
We provide educational content about trading, including trade breakdowns, live educational calls, mini-courses, and community discussion, delivered primarily through our Telegram community and this website. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the community. By joining, you confirm you are 18 or older.
4. No financial advice
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator to provide financial advice. We do not manage accounts, execute trades on behalf of members, or hold client money. All trading decisions you make are your own. You should consult a suitably authorised financial adviser before making any financial decision.
5. Trading risk
Trading financial instruments, including gold and foreign exchange, carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of any trade, strategy, or community member is not indicative of future results. 6. Membership and fees
Membership of the community is free. The community is supported by sponsor partnerships. We may receive compensation from sponsors, brokers, or partners. This compensation never changes the educational nature of our content and never grants us control over your trading account.
7. Your account and conduct
You agree to keep your trading account and funds under your own control at all times. You agree never to send money directly to any individual's personal bank account or crypto wallet, and never to give any individual access to your trading account. We will never ask you to do either. Members who harass others, share paid content outside the community, or attempt to impersonate our team will be removed.
8. Intellectual property
All content we produce, including trade breakdowns, videos, courses, and written material, is owned by Market Bullies By J and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Bullies By J is not liable for any loss arising from your trading activity, including loss of capital, lost profits, or indirect losses. Your trading results are your sole responsibility.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued membership after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
